Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information TPRMly handles, why, and the choices you have. TPRMly is operated by Seven Wellsprings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
What we collect
- Account details: name, work email address and role for each person an organization invites.
- Content your organization adds: vendor requests, vendor documents and evidence, comments, scores and decisions. This content can include names and work contact details of people at your vendors.
- Records of use: sign-in times, actions taken in the app and the network address they came from. We keep these as an audit trail and for security.
- Billing details: the organization's billing contact and payment history. Card payments are handled by Stripe on its own checkout page; we do not receive or store card numbers.
- Messages you send us by email.
How we use it
- To provide the service: sign-in, showing your organization its records, and sending the emails the service needs (sign-in links, notices about your account).
- To keep the service secure: detecting misuse, keeping the audit trail, and investigating problems.
- For quality control and support: our staff may review an organization's data to check and support the service. Every such review is logged.
- To bill for subscriptions and keep financial records.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. The TPRMly website has no advertising or tracking scripts.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run TPRMly, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing their service to us:
- hosting and database providers;
- a website security provider that checks sign-in attempts for automated abuse;
- an email delivery provider;
- Stripe, for payments;
- where an organization turns on AI-assisted document reading, an AI service provider that processes those documents to produce the reading.
We also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
How each organization's data is kept apart
Each organization can see only its own records. People in one organization cannot see another organization's data.
How long we keep it
We keep an organization's data while its account exists, including when service is paused or a payment is late. Organization admins can export their data at any time while they have access. After an account ends, an organization admin can ask us to delete its data; we will delete it except for records we must keep by law, such as billing records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information about you by emailing hello@tprmly.com. If your information is in an organization's records, we may ask that organization's admin to confirm the request.
Cookies and storage
The app stores what it needs to keep you signed in and to remember display settings such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
TPRMly is for business use and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will notify organization admins by email before the change takes effect.
